Project Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Controller to join our team in Riga. The role is responsible for monitoring project progress, managing invoices and ensuring financial performance aligns with the agreed baseline.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify reports from Technical and Construction Managers, confirming completion of milestones and work packages.
• Monitor schedule progress against the baseline, flagging any deviations and coordinating corrective actions with the ENE Contractor Project Manager.
• Ensure all documentation and reports from the ENE Contractor are received and properly filed.
• Control invoicing by reviewing contractor reports, approving payments and tracking cash‑flow impacts.
• Provide regular updates to the employer’s controlling and finance teams, including KPI dashboards, cost analysis and schedule status.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience performing project control, scheduling and invoice management duties.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
