Fuel Inventory Controller

About the role

The Fuel Accounting Team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga is seeking a Fuel Inventory Controller to join a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate fuel inventory accounting, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with various operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control fuel inventory accounting and reporting processes.
• Identify, analyze, and investigate discrepancies related to fuel inventories.
• Perform data analysis and support fuel volume control processes.
• Maintain documentation and accounting system records.
• Collaborate with operational departments and stakeholders.
• Perform financial controls according to procedures and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or final‑year student status in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling or accounting is an advantage.
• Fluent English (oral and written) for communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Teamwork orientation.

• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
