Financial Specialist

About the role

SEBES Technology Ltd. is an international fintech company building the future of payment infrastructure. We are looking for a Financial Specialist to own the financial engine, solve complex challenges, and grow with us as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts receivable, process daily operations and maintain flawless debtor records.
• Manage chargebacks, process returns and optimise existing workflows.
• Produce internal reports and provide high‑impact data support for international partners.
• Communicate with clients to foster transparent, qualitative partnerships.

Required profile

• Growth mindset – continuously seeks process improvements.
• 2+ years of experience in fintech or with payment providers.
• Strong analytical abilities with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles, detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
• Adaptability to new tools; experience with 1C or similar software is a plus.
• Understanding of crypto operations and processes.
