Junior Finance Specialist

About the role

Ace Alliance is seeking a Junior Finance Specialist to support multi‑entity financial operations, reporting, and audits. This position is ideal for early‑career professionals with an accounting or finance background who want to deepen their experience in financial reporting, crypto transactions, and international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review client accounts and ensure all financial information is accurate and up to date
• Support audit processes in Latvia by preparing and providing required financial documents and information
• Issue invoices based on internal data and partner account reports
• Record and classify bank transactions to maintain accurate records
• Support bookkeeping and financial documentation
• Prepare financial reports based on management requests
• Learn about cryptocurrency transactions and review cryptocurrency‑related transactions, where applicable

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles
• Professional proficiency in English and Latvian
• Interest in learning about cryptocurrency transactions
