Product Manager – Mass Customization & E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own a defined portfolio of mass‑customised, print‑on‑demand products across our European and US production sites. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle – from business case development to launch, optimisation and phase‑out – while ensuring commercial performance and production readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and defend business cases, set pricing, target audience and positioning for each product.
• Manage the full lifecycle: opportunity assessment, development, launch, optimisation and eventual phase‑out.
• Own product margins and act on performance data to improve results.
• Define product presentation, configuration and merchandising in online shops together with UX and design teams.
• Deliver roadmap milestones on schedule and keep status transparent.
• Coordinate new product introductions and production transfers across European and US sites, ensuring specification integrity and successful go‑live.
• Handle product requests from B2B and retail partners, including key‑account management and procurement.
• Provide direction and quality assurance for the Product Specialist within the portfolio.

Required profile

• 3‑5 + years of experience in product management, e‑commerce or running an online business.
• Strong commercial fluency – ability to build, defend and adjust business cases.
• Comfort working with product data systems such as master data, PIM, ERP and production back‑ends.
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills and experience using web analytics (GA4) and BI reporting.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Fluent English; German is a clear advantage.
