Product Manager

About the role

Join Luminor Group as a Product Manager responsible for the eArrest suite of banking products. You will drive the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop eArrest products and services end‑to‑end, defining vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Drive product enhancements, system updates and issue resolution while monitoring performance and service levels.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Customer Service, AML and other stakeholders to improve processes and the overall customer journey.
• Manage incidents, implement mitigation actions and support audits, risk assessments and business continuity activities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for change initiatives and releases.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues through training and guidance.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with IT development teams and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of banking products, services or financial industry processes.
• Professional English proficiency.
