Business Advisory Intern

About the role

Join Luminor Group in Riga as a Business Advisory Intern. You will support advisors in processing customer documents related to credit sales, mortgages and other banking products while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist advisors and perform technical work managing primary customer documents for credit sales and partner products.
• Prepare mortgage documents, contracts and support the disbursement process.
• Communicate with credit administrators, notaries, lawyers and other specialists regarding product provision.
• Plan and execute personal tasks according to quality standards, budgets and Luminor values.
• Manage application flow, prioritize customers, and distribute applications to advisors.
• Collaborate actively with the department to contribute to overall results.

• Fluent spoken and written English and Latvian.
