Procurement Manager – Global Purchasing Lead

About the role

The Procurement Manager leads the global purchasing function for Evolution's Property & Studio Development department. This role is responsible for shaping procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing warehouse and logistics activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with corporate and departmental goals.
• Lead RFQ, RFP and other tender processes across all PSD locations.
• Conduct commercial negotiations, finalize framework agreements and strategic supplier contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with strategically important suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee procurement contracts and ensure compliance.
• Supervise warehouse and logistics functions within the department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing global procurement strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead RFQ/RFP processes and manage multi‑location tender activities.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing framework and strategic supplier agreements.
• Experience in supplier performance monitoring through KPIs and SLAs.
• Capability to oversee warehouse and logistics operations.
