About the role

Moller Auto, the official Audi and Volkswagen dealer in Latvia, is expanding its pre‑sale preparation centre in Pērnciems. The company seeks a Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to organise and control automotive spare parts and accessories in a modern, well‑equipped warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and organise spare parts and accessories in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure continuous availability.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to support timely vehicle preparation.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and accountability.
• Interest in automobiles and basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Good conversational Latvian and English.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a technical environment; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Inventory management system usage.
• Basic computer skills.
