Personal Assistant to Co‑founder/CTO (Riga)

About the role

You will work directly with the co‑founder and CTO of a fast‑growing tech company, supporting both his professional projects in crypto trading, space‑grade infrastructure and crypto mining, and his personal and family matters. The role requires proactive ownership of tasks and the ability to act independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal and family finances: pay bills, handle routine purchases, support accounting for a personal entity, and oversee VAT administration and annual filings.
• Track documents, invoices, renewals and recurring obligations.
• Assist with space‑grade internet project contracts, coordinate tasks and research technical and commercial questions.
• Oversee crypto‑mining projects, liaise with vendors and contractors, and keep execution on schedule.
• Research and recommend purchases ranging from everyday items to technical equipment.
• Explore new business ideas, outline practical next steps and keep stakeholders accountable.
• Close, delegate, batch or automate backlog items and flag issues early.

Required profile

• Prior experience supporting an executive, founder or family office.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools in daily work.
• Event‑management experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, VAT, recurring admin).
• Legal literacy sufficient to coordinate contracts and external professionals.
• High discretion handling sensitive personal, financial and business information.
• Strong written research skills: compare options, summarize trade‑offs and make recommendations.
• Comfortable chasing people, keeping commitments visible and driving results.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
• Available to work in Riga.
