Office Manager – Multi‑Location Operations

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Office Manager to keep our Riga headquarters running smoothly while supporting our satellite offices in Amsterdam and Bangkok. You will combine day‑to‑day operations, vendor management and event planning with a strong focus on automating repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Riga office on‑site, ensuring daily operations run without a hitch.
• Oversee office logistics, vendors and supplies for Amsterdam and Bangkok remotely.
• Identify manual workflows (supplies, invoicing, travel booking, onboarding) and implement automation or AI tools.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and snacks across all locations.
• Organise team travel, company events, meetings and “geek‑out” sessions.
• Support onboarding logistics, providing equipment and workspace for new hires.
• Act as the primary point of contact between staff, management and external partners.
• Handle office‑related budgets, expenses and invoice processing.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met in every office.
• Supervise office space layout and team logistics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in office management, administration or event planning.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Automation‑first mindset, eager to replace repetitive tasks with tools or scripts.
• Strong adaptability to shifting priorities across time zones.
• Excellent communication, discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
