About the role

SIA KONO is seeking a motivated Sales / Rental Assistant to join its Riga office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily sales and rental operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients and accurate handling of documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare offers, process orders, and manage rental documentation.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person, providing product and service information.
• Coordinate availability and returns of rental items and update internal systems.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting for the sales and rental team.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Latvian; conversational English or Russian is a plus.
• Secondary or higher education in business, administration, or related field is advantageous.
