Active B2B Sales Specialist – Solar & Energy Storage

About the role

BayWa r.e. Solar Systems SIA is looking for an energetic B2B Sales Specialist to develop active sales of solar energy and energy‑storage solutions across Latvia. You will generate new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships and guide proposals through to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new B2B customers throughout Latvia.
• Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
• Re‑engage contacts that have not collaborated for an extended period.
• Plan and conduct client visits across the country.
• Sell solar panels, inverters, battery systems and installation packages.
• Analyse client needs and prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Track proposals and actively work to close deals.
• Maintain the client database and ERP/CRM system, logging calls, visits, opportunities and offers.
• Build long‑term relationships and monitor upcoming projects and procurement plans.

Required profile

• Experience in active B2B or technical sales, or a relevant degree.
• Strong motivation to sell, call, meet clients and achieve results.
• Technical mindset with interest in energy and technology.
• Excellent communication, argumentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organise work independently and use ERP/CRM tools regularly.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
