About the role

As a Business Operations Specialist (Sales Support) you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations and process excellence within Bosch's Power Tools division in the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Provide professional support to Baltic customers regarding products, deliveries and order status.
• Support automation, system implementation and process‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners across the Baltic region and the global Bosch organization.
• Ensure efficient execution of operational and administrative processes.
• Participate in additional business‑related and project activities as required.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, administration or business‑process management.
• Ability to see the big picture, logical thinking and a structured work approach.
• High accuracy, speed and strong deadline‑management skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English for internal and external communication.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Working knowledge of SAP (implementation or optimisation experience is a plus).
