Partners Success Associate

About the role

As a Partners Success Associate you will be the main point of contact for Mintos’ lending partners, helping them launch and grow on our marketplace. You’ll work closely with legal, risk, finance and account teams to ensure partners receive seamless support and achieve maximum value from our services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new lending companies, guiding them from initial setup to live marketplace launch.
• Maintain accurate partner profiles in the Mintos back‑office, updating documentation and system settings.
• Support active partners by preparing amendments to legal agreements and handling API‑related technical queries.
• Analyse partner data to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams—including legal, risk, business development and finance—to drive partner success.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, persuade and craft comprehensive solutions.
• Strong organisational abilities, including time‑management, prioritisation and reporting.
• Interest in process automation and using AI tools to work smarter.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
