About the role

You will help customers discover and choose IKEA home‑furnishing products, providing professional advice and creating inspiring interior solutions. Working in the self‑service department, you will be part of a friendly team that ensures a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Offer home‑furnishing products and give professional recommendations.
• Participate in the sales process and daily store operations.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto carts when needed.
• Replenish stock in the sales area using a pallet truck.
• Maintain product layout and visual presentation in the department.
• Ensure department order, product availability, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Interest in home furnishing and interior design.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Fluency in Latvian.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and take responsibility.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic office software).
