About the role

Join the Tet store team as a Sales Consultant, helping customers discover and purchase the latest technology solutions. You will be the friendly face of the store, providing advice, support, and a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting Tet services and equipment that meet their needs.
• Promote and sell the newest technology products available in the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, listening to concerns and offering clear explanations.
• Maintain store presentation, ensure product displays are up‑to‑date, and handle transactions accurately.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Strong interest in the latest technology trends.
• Excellent command of Latvian language.
• Willingness to learn, develop new knowledge and skills.
• Completed secondary education.
