Operator & License Owner – Build Stranger Soccer in Riga

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Riga. You will shape the local operation, build partnerships, and create an engaging community of players while leveraging the technology and support from the Singapore headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Riga.
• Identify and secure quality football venues for games.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives to attract players.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an excellent player experience.
• Monitor performance, spot improvement opportunities, and drive continuous growth.

Required profile

• Strong passion for football and deep understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Proven experience managing operations, community initiatives, or customer‑experience projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
