NetOps Agent – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The NetOps Agent ensures the smooth flow of shipments through the gateway by unloading vehicles and containers, sorting incoming cargo, and accurately entering shipment data into the system. This physically active position supports daily network operations and contributes to overall logistics efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Sort shipments according to destination and priority.
• Enter shipment information into the IT system, matching documentation.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput targets.

Required profile

• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks with high responsibility and accuracy.
• Quick learner who can manage time effectively and work well in a team.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Basic computer literacy.
