Mid-level Full-Stack .NET Developer

About the role

RedFrog is looking for a mid‑level full‑stack .NET developer to join the team building Stride Navigation, an indoor navigation platform that combines Bluetooth‑based positioning with GPS. You will work on both backend and frontend components using C#, ASP.NET Core and Angular to deliver new features and maintain the existing system.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve backend services with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL.
• Implement and enhance frontend functionality using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS and Reactive Forms.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure secure authentication (JWT/OAuth).
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise code, database queries and system performance.
• Participate in code reviews, write automated tests (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Vitest) and produce technical documentation.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and support continuous integration / delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, especially ASP.NET Core.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MS SQL) and Entity Framework Core.
• Proven ability to build responsive web applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth.
• Familiarity with Git, dependency injection and SOLID principles.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently or in an Agile/Scrum team.
