About the role

We are looking for an AI Solution Developer who can turn artificial intelligence possibilities into tangible business value for our clients. You will work closely with companies across various sectors, helping them modernise their processes and create measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client processes that can be improved with AI solutions.
• Consult clients on the use of AI tools and technologies.
• Design, develop and test AI solution prototypes.
• Evaluate and implement the latest AI tools and technologies.
• Create automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and other AI tools.
• Collaborate with ERP consultants, developers and project teams.
• Lead demonstrations, workshops and presentations for clients.
• Propose new ideas and solutions to enhance company and client processes.

Required profile

• Practical experience and strong knowledge of AI tools and their business applications.
• Understanding of ERP systems and corporate business processes.
• Experience in process automation, system integration or data analytics.
• Ability to translate technical possibilities into practical business benefits.
• Interest in Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Fabric.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn new technologies.
