Project Manager – Global Services & Solutions

About the role

Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) is transforming how Roche operates by delivering end‑to‑end business services worldwide. As a Project Manager within the RSS Project Management organization, you will lead the delivery of projects using agile or traditional methodologies, ensuring business value and compliance across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage business goals, success factors and organizational benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to prioritize work and manage dependencies.
• Lead or participate in global project teams, assigning clear roles and resources.
• Engage stakeholders, apply change‑management practices and maintain transparent communication.
• Design and facilitate workshops, coach project squads and ensure effective collaboration.
• Develop and maintain realistic project plans, risk and issue logs, and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare governance reports and present to relevant meetings.
• Track project financials, obtain approvals and contribute to business development opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree and at least 5 years of project‑management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Waterfall and agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Proven experience leading global or complex projects and optimizing resources.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills across a matrix organization.
• Experience with project financials and resource management.
