Manager IT Audit

About the role

Circle K Business Centre is seeking a Manager IT Audit to join its Global Internal Audit team in Riga. Reporting to the Senior IT Audit Manager, you will help shape the IT audit strategy, lead audit engagements and ensure robust governance of IT processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior IT Audit Manager with risk assessments, annual audit planning and IA initiatives.
• Plan, execute and report on IT General Control and Application Control audits in line with audit standards.
• Provide practical, actionable recommendations and follow‑up on remediation plans.
• Present audit findings clearly to senior management and foster risk awareness across the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Continuously improve the IT audit methodology, work‑paper templates and team capabilities.
• Supervise and coach the IT audit team, enhancing technical acumen.
• Coordinate external auditor activities related to SOX and NI 52‑109 compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in IT audit, internal audit or related governance roles.
• Strong understanding of ITGCs, application controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with NI 52‑109 requirements.
