Lead Platform Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Security Engineer to automate the hardening of golden images to meet Level 1 CIS benchmark requirements and to strengthen security across cloud and on‑premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Automate hardening of golden images for Level 1 CIS benchmarks.
• Build and maintain IaC pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform and Chef.
• Configure Windows Group Policy Objects for Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025.
• Develop and manage AWS infrastructure for secure image creation.
• Create and maintain Packer and Vagrant templates for golden image builds.
• Integrate security automation into existing workflows and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
• Document processes, configurations and compliance evidence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in platform security engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Level 1 CIS benchmark standards.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
