Lead Business Value Delivery Architect

About the role

As the Lead Business Value Delivery Architect at Sapiens, you will bridge presales and delivery for insurance‑focused SaaS and AI platforms. You will guide client engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring every solution is tied to measurable business outcomes rather than a simple list of requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solution concepts that align with the client’s strategic goals and the platform’s capabilities.
• Define and document the business outcome baseline, success metrics, and the definition of done in collaboration with the client.
• Capture non‑functional and operational requirements such as performance, scalability, security, integration, data migration, operability, and support.
• Translate outcome‑based designs into concrete implementation plans, highlighting dependencies and sequencing.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and delivery teams to resolve gaps between platform capabilities and client expectations, either by influencing core development or designing extensions.
• Maintain solution integrity throughout the build phase and hold all parties accountable to the agreed outcomes.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of property & casualty, life, and reinsurance insurance product suites and platform roadmaps.
• Proven ability to communicate with both business stakeholders (e.g., claims heads) and technical teams (e.g., engineers).
• Strong orientation toward outcome‑based delivery and a track record of keeping projects focused on agreed business value.

Required skills

• Expertise in insurance industry processes and terminology.
• Experience with SaaS and AI platform migrations.
• Understanding of non‑functional requirements: performance, scalability, availability, security, integration, data migration, operability, and support.
