About the role

As a Customer Solutions Consultant you will provide high‑quality advice and support to Luminor clients, primarily in‑person at the Liepāja branch and via inbound phone calls. The role combines sales, client relationship management, and digital onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and propose suitable financial products and solutions.
• Communicate actively with clients to achieve excellent sales of bank products.
• Execute client‑service operations across all channels, with a focus on telephone support.
• Deliver professional service during inbound calls and written correspondence.
• Promote digital banking tools and train clients to use them remotely.

Required profile

• Strong desire to help customers and ability to listen and solve problems.
• Proven sales and conversation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
• Structured approach to tasks and comfort with technology.
• Motivation to grow within a supportive, collaborative team.
• Willingness to work onsite during the initial 3‑month probation period and attend training in Riga.

• Gross salary ranging from 1,300 € to 1,600 € per month, with bi‑annual salary review opportunities.
