About the role

Swedbank is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Consultant to join its Liepāja branch. You will interact with clients both face‑to‑face and over the phone, helping them find the best banking solutions and answering a wide range of financial questions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients in the branch and remotely, identifying suitable banking products and services.
• Answer questions about savings, loans, travel financing, internet banking issues, and other financial topics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex situations and provide consistent support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow internal compliance procedures.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Excellent Latvian language skills and conversational English.
• Strong communication abilities and a genuine desire to help people.
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork orientation, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication in Latvian and English.
