Junior Fuel Distribution Planner (Norway)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Fuel Distribution Planner to support our Norway operations from our Business Centre in Riga. You will work closely with logistics teams and drivers to ensure fuel is delivered efficiently and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Support fuel delivery reconciliation processes.
• Help optimise fuel deliveries to Circle K customers and stations.
• Provide operational support to drivers and resolve fuel‑delivery related issues.
• Optimise delivery costs while ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability across the network.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (or currently studying).
• Availability to work day shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Fluent spoken and written English for communication across Europe.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
• Precise, stress‑resistant and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, particularly MS Office.
