Junior Finance Specialist

About the role

Revpanda Group is seeking a Junior Finance Specialist to support multi‑entity financial operations, reporting, and audits. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a finance or accounting background who want to deepen their expertise in financial reporting, cryptocurrency transactions, and international business.

Key responsibilities

• Review client accounts and ensure financial information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Assist audit processes in Latvia by preparing and providing required documents.
• Issue invoices based on internal data and partner account reports.
• Record and classify bank transactions to maintain precise records.
• Support bookkeeping and financial documentation tasks.
• Prepare financial reports in response to management requests.
• Learn about cryptocurrency transactions and review related entries where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Professional proficiency in English and Latvian.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with accounting/finance software such as 1C, Tilde Jumis, QuickBooks, SAP or similar.
