Consolidation Manager

About the role

The Consolidation Manager is responsible for preparing, analysing and presenting the Group’s consolidated statutory financial statements, management reports and financial plans. The role ensures data accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal and external standards while providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of consolidated statutory and management financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations.
• Coordinate management reporting, highlight key financial trends and material variances, and deliver analysis to support decision‑making.
• Maintain and improve consolidation systems and tools, driving automation and efficiency.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of financial results, identify drivers of variance and provide recommendations to management.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or consolidation, preferably in a group or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting standards and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Good command of English.
