Procurement Analyst

About the role

GoCardless is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the global Purchase to Pay (P2P) process using Coupa. You will act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, helping to streamline supplier onboarding, transaction scheduling, and record keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day P2P workflow, including supplier onboarding and purchase scheduling.
• Provide Coupa system support and training, adopting a “train the trainer” approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, third‑party vendors, procurement users, and accounts payable to ensure smooth platform usage.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting for the procurement function.
• Create and maintain Coupa demos, training materials, Quick Start Guides, and internal documentation.
• Assist internal partners with contract and procurement paperwork and resolve queries promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to learn and develop procurement skills.
• Strong communication abilities to interact with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with Coupa P2P platform.
