Junior Affiliate Manager

About the role

Kawaii Partners, a fast‑growing iGaming start‑up focused on the European and Scandinavian markets, is looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Manager. You will support the affiliate marketing team by handling day‑to‑day partner interactions, recruiting new affiliates, and ensuring accurate tracking and payouts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting affiliate partners on a daily basis.
• Help recruit new affiliates and maintain existing relationships.
• Work with tracking platforms to guarantee correct campaign tracking and timely payouts.
• Support the creation of affiliate campaigns, promotional materials, and newsletters.
• Respond promptly and professionally to affiliate inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and compliance to resolve affiliate issues.
• Research market trends and competitor programs to improve affiliate performance.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (working with reports, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with tracking platforms such as Affilka (a plus).
• Experience with CRM tools (an advantage).
