Freelance Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager – Baltic Region

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to drive KNIPEX’s online presence across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will create locally relevant content, manage influencer collaborations and support digital sales initiatives in a fast‑moving B2B/B2C environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms using internal tools.
• Produce locally tailored posts, handle community management and ensure a customer‑centric approach.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators and local partners.
• Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement and brand impact.
• Localise and adapt digital sales and marketing materials in coordination with the HQ team.
• Support paid advertising, email marketing and partner channel activities.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversions and campaign performance, and report insights.
• Assist with PR activities and attend relevant trade fairs when needed.

Required profile

• Strong interest in hand tools and technical products.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and influencer relations (B2B or B2C).
• Ability to work with performance KPIs and analyse results.
• Background in marketing, communications, sales or a related field (degree preferred).
• Fluent in Latvian or Estonian and very good English.
• Independent, reliable freelance mindset with solid knowledge of the local Baltic markets.

• Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• CapCut, Premiere Pro (or similar video editors).
• Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Microsoft Excel (basic MS Office proficiency).
