Media & Community Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Media & Community Coordinator to grow and nurture engaged communities for Ace Alliance, Affiverse, and Revpanda. This people‑focused position blends community building, podcast support, content creation, networking, and event participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and activate professional communities on LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, and industry groups.
• Organise discussions, polls, webinars, AMAs, and other community initiatives.
• Build relationships with affiliates, operators, founders, creators, partners, and industry professionals.
• Research, invite, and coordinate guests for podcasts, interviews, webinars, and events.
• Prepare interview topics, questions, guest briefs, and promotional material.
• Co‑host podcasts and interviews, with the potential to host independently.
• Represent the brands at conferences, webinars, and networking events.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, SEO, design, and partnership teams to amplify reach.
• Track community growth, engagement, content performance, and audience feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in community management, media, content, podcasting, social media, PR, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and moderating conversations.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp or similar community platforms.
