About the role

We are looking for an energetic Junior Sales Specialist to join our team in Talsi. The role focuses on active acquisition of new insurance clients and building lasting relationships both in‑person and remotely. You will provide high‑quality advice on insurance products and create tailored proposals that encourage repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients and introduce our insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers through face‑to‑face and remote interactions.
• Deliver professional consultations on life, health, and accident insurance.
• Prepare customized insurance offers that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Excellent command of Latvian language.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• At least secondary education completed.
