HR Assistant – Riga

About the role

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our growing AI team in Riga. You will help build a strong internal culture, streamline HR processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage HR documents using standard templates.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain personnel records, CRM data and equipment registers.
• Assist in recruitment activities and manage job vacancy postings.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR Director.
• Collect data, perform HR analytics and other related tasks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic work approach and high accuracy.
• Proactive, independent and able to organise own workload.
• Basic knowledge of Latvian labour law and HR document handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
