About the role

Join the newly created North Europe Personnel Selection Center in Riga as an intern. The position is unpaid, lasts 3‑6 months and requires 25‑30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment specialists in their daily tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of the personnel selection system.
• Organise interviews and provide candidate support throughout the selection process.
• Collaborate with unit managers on selection projects.

Required profile

• Student status – currently studying higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Strong desire to learn recruitment processes.
• Positive, proactive attitude, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Very good English for daily communication with colleagues across the North Europe region.
• Availability for 25‑30 hours per week.
