Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

About the role

Bondora is looking for a strategic leader to own the CRM and lifecycle marketing function. As Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing you will shape how the company engages, retains and grows its existing customer base across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly targets for Active Customers and Active Balance per Customer using lifecycle, re‑activation, repeat‑loan and add‑on initiatives.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer‑level engagement system: data, decision, orchestration, delivery, outcome and feedback loops across digital surfaces, direct messaging channels and paid‑media audiences.
• Coach and lead a team of three while remaining hands‑on in campaign execution.
• Partner with acquisition, product, analytics, engineering, legal, risk and country teams to prioritise initiatives.
• Analyse performance, feed insights back into model retraining, rule tuning and channel optimisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing experience, preferably in fintech or recurring‑revenue models.
• Proven track record building or rebuilding a retention function in a scale‑up environment.
• Fluency with AI tools for segmentation, optimisation and automation, with sound judgment on human oversight.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a marketing team.
• Deep expertise in direct channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications.
