Creative & Brand Strategy Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Creative & Brand Strategy Lead to shape brand strategies and develop compelling B2B campaigns for our clients. You will translate audience insights into creative concepts and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand and creative strategies for B2B clients.
• Turn briefs and audience insights into creative concepts.
• Lead creative direction across campaigns and digital experiences.
• Guide designers, writers and marketing teams.
• Review and improve messaging, copy and visual work.
• Use campaign data to improve creative decisions.
• Explore and use AI tools for research, ideation and content creation.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, demand generation and operations teams.

Required profile

• Experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, creative direction or B2B marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B audiences and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong creative and visual judgment.
• Data‑driven and commercially minded.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with international teams.
