German Speaking Logistics Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Logistics Support Specialist to join our team in Riga. You will act as the main point of contact for fuel delivery operations across Germany and the wider European network, ensuring smooth communication between stations, carriers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails concerning fuel deliveries for stations throughout Germany and Europe.
• Provide stations with support on delivery paperwork, scheduling and issue resolution.
• Assist carriers in solving delivery problems such as maintenance delays, cross‑drops, spills, allocation mismatches and other operational concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Germany and other European offices to maintain accurate delivery records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Precise, organized, stress‑resistant personality.
• Adaptable, quick learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Strong teamwork mindset and proactive attitude.
• Availability to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends.
