About the role

Join an international development team that builds and modernises securities processing solutions for the Baltic region. You will work on business‑critical services for securities transactions, investments and custody, gaining exposure to financial markets without needing prior securities experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test secure back‑end solutions for securities and investment processing.
• Build and maintain APIs and services using Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
• Contribute to front‑end development and system integrations when needed.
• Modernise, refactor and maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, business developers and technology colleagues throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional back‑end focused software development experience, preferably on enterprise or business‑critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot and API development.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international team.
• Curiosity and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
