Developer Experience Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to join our new DevEx team. In this role you will champion engineering effectiveness, improve developer joy, and build tools that streamline the software delivery lifecycle across our finance‑focused platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted and agentic development practices.
• Design, build and evolve shared AI capabilities, engineering tools and developer platforms.
• Improve developer workflows, onboarding, documentation and self‑service experiences.
• Create reusable templates, golden paths and standards to accelerate delivery.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, quality gates and overall software delivery processes.
• Measure and improve engineering effectiveness using data and developer feedback.
• Partner with development, Cloud, Security, Compliance and Architecture teams to remove friction and enable secure, scalable delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or developer tooling.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence through expertise.
• Passion for simplifying, automating and continuously improving the developer experience.
• Interest in AI‑assisted software development.
