Fuel Distribution Planner – Norway (Riga based)

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Fuel Distribution Planner supporting the Norwegian market. You will help ensure reliable fuel supply to Circle K stations while optimizing delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support fuel delivery reconciliation processes.
• Optimize fuel deliveries to Circle K customers and stations in Norway.
• Provide operational support to drivers and resolve delivery‑related issues.
• Control delivery costs while maintaining uninterrupted fuel availability across the network.
• Perform additional departmental tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (or currently studying).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
• Availability to work day shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Precise, organized and stress‑resistant personality with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
