French Speaking Logistics Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English specialist to provide logistics support for fuel deliveries across North America. The role involves handling communications, assisting stations and carriers, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails related to fuel deliveries for stations across North America.
• Support stations with delivery paperwork and resolve related issues.
• Assist carriers in solving fuel delivery problems such as maintenance, cross‑drops, spills, and allocation concerns.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Precise, organized and stress‑resistant personality.
• Adaptable, quick learner with willingness to develop new skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Good overall computer skills.
• Proactive, improvement‑driven mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
• Availability for day, evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
