About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join the LANDE team and support high‑quality group financial reporting, analysis and consolidation across several European countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse financial results of group entities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and consolidate financial data.
• Develop budgets, financial plans and forecasts, comparing actuals with targets.
• Maintain Excel‑based financial calculations and regular reporting templates.
• Control inter‑company transactions and settlements.
• Validate the quality of financial and accounting data.
• Prepare financial information for management, investors, banks and auditors.
• Coordinate with accountants in Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Poland.
• Support the finance team in daily tasks and cover colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Strong Excel skills.
• Previous experience in accounting, finance or working with financial data.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently on large data sets.
• Attention to detail, systematic approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field is preferred.
