Event Design & Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Event Design & Production Specialist to create and deliver clear, well‑structured visual materials for corporate and project events worldwide. The role combines graphic design expertise with event production coordination, supporting both in‑person and digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and format visual assets for corporate and project events, including presentations, digital signage and basic audiovisual elements.
• Support the preparation of presentations and other digital assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate visual assets with vendors, managing timelines and quality control.
• Maintain event templates and a library of branded corporate assets.
• Assist with basic AV requirements and ensure all materials are ready for deployment.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications or event production.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
