Distribution Compliance Officer

About the role

Circle K Business Centre is seeking a motivated Distribution Compliance Officer to join its Distribution & Compliance Support Team in Riga. You will help ensure that fuel distribution processes across North America and Europe meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain processes within the Global Distribution Support Department to meet established standards.
• Identify, report, and follow up on non‑compliance incidents and corrective actions.
• Participate in process mapping and standardisation initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Develop and keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date, aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Conduct audits of global distribution processes as requested by management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new quality checks.
• Support upcoming projects and assist with their implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (advantageous but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, compliance, internal audit, quality control or similar areas.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and driven by continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
