About the role

DPD Latvia is looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join its leading logistics team. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth courier operations and timely deliveries across Latvia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily courier routes.
• Monitor shipment deliveries and resolve non‑standard situations.
• Communicate with colleagues and arrange additional transport when needed.
• Work with DPD internal systems and track delivery quality.
• Guarantee that customers receive their parcels on time.

Required profile

• Quick orientation and decisive decision‑making.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• High accuracy and sense of responsibility.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy, especially MS Office.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office)
