About the role

Join MBD Latvia as a Digital Performance Specialist focused on Meta and Google Ads. You will turn data, media, and strategy into measurable results for top‑brand clients while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize digital performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and RTB platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, translate performance data into clear, actionable insights, and report results to clients and internal teams.
• Identify optimization opportunities, solve performance challenges, and maintain high standards of campaign excellence.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Project teams to maximize campaign impact.
• Manage client communication regarding performance, results, and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform media strategies.

Required profile

• Passionate about digital performance and media buying.
• Experience with real‑time bidding (RTB) platforms.
• Strong skills in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
• Ability to translate business goals into performance strategies.
• Comfortable communicating insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
