DevOps Engineer – Lending Platform

About the role

Join Luminor’s Engineering Lending unit as a DevOps Engineer, where you will help build and operate the cloud‑native lending platforms that power Retail and Corporate Banking. You will work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to ensure the platforms are reliable, scalable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and manage AWS cloud‑native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) and automation best practices.
• Develop software tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and developer experience across DevOps, ITOps and engineering teams.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch) and create dashboards, metrics and alerts for proactive issue detection.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews to continuously improve platform stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to champion DevOps best practices, enhance platform performance and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or similar role with a strong track record of managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability, scalability and performance.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud‑native architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).
